Pulangan & Bayaran Balik

  • Items that are damaged, marked or found to be manufacturing error is acceptable and new items in good condition or other items with same purchased value will be sent back to the customer. 
  • All item(s) must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging. 
  •  The management of Mahsyar Group reserves the right to reject any returns at our sole discretion shall we find any goods returned in a damaged / altered / used condition.
  • All returned items should be returned within 14 working days from the day you received the parcel.
  • Damage (until detriment of the functioning of the product) from third parties (courier) will not be borne by us. However, we will claim damages to the courier and arrange the return/conversion until the claim process is completed.
  • Any mistakes from the customer (such as address offense) will not be borne by us.

*Customer will responsible for all courier charges for the cost of its shipping fees back to our warehouse.

Prosedur Pemulangan

  • Step 1: Email kepada kami salam@mahsyar.com atau boleh hubungi 019-3206400.
    Step 2: Lampirkan foto atau video kerosakan produk sera consingment note.
    Step 3: Isikan borang pemulangan yang disediakan oleh perkhidmatan pelanggan kami.
    Step 4: Pemulangan dan bayaran balik akan diproses dalam masa 14 hari bekerja.
